All their ducks are hatched and reared on the farm. They are free range and fed on crumb and corn for an

exceptional flavour.

 

Bocaddon Farm

Looe

 

Bocaddon supply our veal at 5-6 months of age from ex-dairy herds. It has been hung for 7-10 days. Perfect!

 

Vivian Olds Butchers

St Just

 

Olds' steak has been hung for a minimum of 21 days for tenderness and flavour.

Chicken is free range and from a South West breeder.

Pork is all sourced in Cornwall.
